Since its establishment as a sports division of Sunland Asphalt in 1994, Elite Sports Builders (previously known as Sunland Sports) has expanded to become the industry leader in turnkey sports construction and renovation. This growth is largely due to our unwavering focus on certified trade knowledge and excelling customer service.

Elite Sports Builders prides itself on staffing the most qualified personnel in the industry, including two American Sports Builders Association Certified Tennis Court Builders (two of only 67 in the world), one ASBA Certified Track Builder (one of only 39 in the world) and one ASBA Certified Field Builder (one of only 59 in the world). The organization’s president Troy Rudolph, CFB, CTB, CTCB has been an active member of the ASBA for over 31 years, holding the titles of current ASBA Track Division President and the first triple-certified member on record.

The Elite Sports Builders team is led by President Troy Rudolph, CFB, CTB, CTCB and is comprised of a staff with more than a century of combined experience in sports construction. Mr. Troy Rudolph has been an active member of the ASBA for over 31 years, holding the tiles of current ASBA Track Division President and the first Triple Certified builder on ASBA record. Our executive leaders also include Director of Production, Todd Rudolph, CTCB and Director of Operations, Jason Hoover.

Heading up our project startup, coordination and scheduling is Mr. Todd Rudolph. With more than 30 years of knowledge in the field, Mr. Rudolph works hand-in-hand with both the project manager and crew members to maintain an innovative approach to each new project. His experience supervising numerous athletic renovations continues to ensure peak levels of crew efficiency and client satisfaction.

Mr. Jason Hoover oversees the Elite Sports Builders estimating, sales and project management departments in addition to managing relationships with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors. He brings over 22 years of experience to our leadership team with a background directing projects for school districts and government agencies, ranging in size from $50K to $5M.
